An intensive 4-day Learning, Teaching, and Training Activity (LTTA) held in Dublin for the ESCAPERS project partners. The event focused on mastering the project's methodology and playtesting the newly developed intergenerational escape games.
About the Training
Hosted by The Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin, this private workshop brought together 10 trainers and project managers from all five partner organizations. The primary goal was to train the staff on how to use the project's results and apply them to their target groups. This ensured the core team had a deep, unified understanding of the methodology and was fully equipped to facilitate the games during the upcoming local piloting phase.
Key Activities & Objectives
- Mastering the ESCAPERS Methodology: In-depth sessions on intergenerational learning and game-based educational practices led by experts from Challedu and Eduvita.
- Live Game Playtesting: Partners actively played and provided critical feedback on all five of the newly created escape games.
- Facilitation Workshop: A special one-day workshop delivered by The Gaiety School of Acting on how to animate and facilitate creative intergenerational activities.
