About This Meeting

This inaugural meeting brought together two representatives from each of the four partner organizations for the first time in person. The primary goal was to ensure all partners share a clear and unified understanding of the project's objectives, activities, timeline, and management procedures. The agenda included teambuilding exercises, detailed presentations from each partner, and collaborative sessions to refine the project's dissemination, quality assurance, and risk management plans.
