UpGameIn: VET Guidelines Online Webinar

About the Webinar

To extend the reach of the VET Training Guidelines beyond the local workshop in Larissa, Odd Statue Social and Challedu joined forces for a collaborative online webinar. Delivered via Zoom, the session opened the four guidebooks to an international audience of VET educators, adult trainers, and game designers who could not attend in person.

What We Covered

• A joint presentation of the four guidebooks by Odd Statue Social and Challedu, with examples drawn from each partner's research.
• A guided walk-through of sample lesson plans, with screen-shared materials that participants could follow along with.
• A live Q&A covering practical questions about adapting the guidelines to different national VET systems.
• Pointers to the UpGameIn Resource Library and the full set of project deliverables for continued self-study.

Our Takeaway

Going online made it possible to reach educators and designers from countries we had not met during the physical workshop in Larissa. The webinar closed the multiplier phase of UpGameIn and marked the final public activity of the project.
